FAQ for Products Purchasing

Q: How could I get a sample?

A: Email us the models and quantity you need, and tell us your express account number for shipment, then we send you a PI. When you have transferred the money, send us the TT copy for check. We will send out samples within 3 working days after we get the payment for general model

Q: Could I get your price list?

A: Yes, please tell us the products (with their model number), quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail or fax.

Q: What kind of shipment will you use?

A: EMS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, AIR WAY, SEALAND, etc.

Q: Could we place order by OEM or ODM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?

A: Of course you can. Welcome to do OEM or ODM Order. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with products, and we will submit sample to you for your approval.

Q: How we arrange payment?

A: West Union, Paypal, T/T transfer and L/C are acceptable for us.

Q: How soon we can get the shipment?

It depends on the models you have selected and order volume. Please tell us the models and quantity, so we can confirm with you via Email.

Q: How to place an order?

Email order details to sales department including items model number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries, consignee’s contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.

Q: How long warranty do you provide?

We provide 12-month warranty only for quality-related issues.
